DESCRIPTION:Join us for Easter at Lake Hills as we celebrate the resurrection of our Savior\, Jesus! \nEaster is a time in which we celebrate that Jesus Christ was crucified on the cross and three days later he defeated sin and death and rose again! In the moment when Jesus rose from the grave\, He not only showed that God’s power is stronger than death itself\, but He also showed us that from the very beginning of time\, God had a plan to redeem a broken world. In the days after his death\, the world around him was dark. There was fear and sadness. But on that first Easter Sunday when he breathed again\, He showed once and for all that Jesus can be trusted. \nAs we approach another Easter\, God invites each of us reflect on what the cross means for you. God had you in mind when he sacrificed His son so you could experience forgiveness. The story of Easter is one big love story of God’s amazing love. \nWe will have services at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.\nThere will be no LifeGroups. \nChildren from birth through sixth grade are invited to participate in a fun Kid’s Worship service at each hour. \n  \n  \n

SUMMARY:West Virginia Mission Trip
DESCRIPTION:This fall we are joining alongside our mission partner\, Redemption Church for a short-term family mission trip to Beckley\, West Virginia. This trip is geared towards families but open to all. The hope is that children and parents will be able to serve side by side and learn what it means to fulfill The Great Commission together! \nNoah and Cheyanne Toney are two of Lake Hills’ mission partners. They have planted a church in Beckley West Virginia. During this trip we will participate in community outreach to share the Gospel and help bring awareness to the church. \nDETAILS – \nTrip Dates: October 2-5\, 2025\nCost: $150 per person\nAge Requirements: All children must be accompanied by at least one parent. If only one parent is coming\, the child must be at least 3rd grade. If both parents are present\, no age restrictions. \nFinal deadline to register is June15th.
