SUMMARY:Dominican Republic Mission Trip
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to join with one of our mission partners\, Love Serves\, for a mission trip to the Dominican Republic this fall. We will be teaming up with The Orchard Church to minister to the people of Las Guaranas and partner with a local pastor and his congregation. \nLoveServes International walks alongside pastors\, mentoring and coaching them to develop a healthy church that equips its members to love God and love their neighbor. \nThis trip is open to anyone 13 years old and older. (Any minor must be joined by a parent on the trip. We would love to see families serving together.) On this 8-day trip\, you will have the opportunity to help in a dental clinic\, serve with a youth ministry\, participate in a sports camp\, construction work\, and more. Read the information below and prayerfully consider if the Lord might be calling you to join our team. Spots are limited so if you are interested in going\, we strongly encourage you to sign up as soon as you can. \n\nWhen? September 23-30\, 2023\nWhere? Las Guaranas\, Dominican Republic\nHow much? The total trip cost is $2\,600* per person (this includes airfare\, food\, lodging\, and project cost.) Price is variable based on airfare to DR.  This also includes the $250 deposit you will need to make to secure your spot.\n\nIf you are ready to apply for this trip\, click the button at the bottom of this page. DESCRIPTION:Join us for CentriKid Camp\, July 17-21 at Campbellsville University in Campbellsville\, KY. \nCentriKid is an overnight camp for those who have completed grades 1st–6th to experience the time of their lives and learn more about the message of Jesus Christ! \nThis year’s theme is Surface \nWhat we see on the surface seems important – appearances\, grades\, and accomplishments – but God’s word shows us that there is something that matters even more – something Beyond the Surface. God sees\, knows\, and cares about our hearts. He can give us a new heart for Him- a heart that is pure\, humble\, trusting\, merciful\, and willing to obey and follow wherever He leads. \nIn addition to four full days of camp\, we are so excited to provide our kids with the opportunity to go to the ARK Encounter on day 5. Our group will get to experience Bible history at the life-size Noah’s Ark! Meet Noah\, his family\, and the animals on the Ark. \nWe will return to Lake Hills on Friday\, July 21st by 9:00 p.m. after visiting the Ark. A full week of fun and Biblical learning is guaranteed! \nApril 27th is the final deadline to register and your child’s non refundable $75.00 deposit is due by that date. DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate a wonderful week of VBS with us!! \nBring your friends and family to Launch Trampoline Park for a fun evening on Wednesday\, June 21. \nWe will gather at 5:00 p.m. Kids jump for free!! Parents can observe for free but must pay $7.00 to jump. Kids will be provided one piece of cheese pizza and a drink at no charge. Parents will be able to purchase food if they choose. They will jump from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Every person who jumps will need to fill out and bring a waiver with them. We will send home a paper waiver on the last day of VBS with the kids. You can also print it off from their website and bring that. Every jumper must bring or purchase the green Launch Socks. \n

DESCRIPTION:Join Lake Hills for a week-long local mission trip this spring to help rebuild homes in Canton\, NC. \nIn 2021\, tropical storm Fred brought unprecedented flooding to Haywood County causing many families to lose their homes. We will be partnering with North Carolina Baptist Convention (Baptist on Mission) to help rebuild homes and get families back on their feet. \nChoose one or two\, or all six days to serve. Any level of experience is welcomed. Job site training available for most projects. There will be plenty of opportunity to serve no matter your experience. \nThis trip will be local\, working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day in Canton.
