Join Lake Hills for a week-long local mission trip this spring to help rebuild homes in Canton, NC. In 2021, tropical storm Fred brought unprecedented flooding to Haywood County causing many families to lose their homes. We will be partnering with North Carolina Baptist Convention (Baptist on Mission) to help rebuild homes and get families back on their feet. Choose one or two, or all six days to serve. Any level of experience is welcomed. Job site training available for most projects. There will be plenty of opportunity to serve no matter your experience. After a full week of serving on the rebuild project in Canton, we were disappointed that our Saturday work day had to be postponed. However, we have rescheduled that work day for Saturday, May 6th. We will spend the day together working on a number of homes in the Canton area.
