We are offering TWO different service times and lobby experiences.

Doors open and lobby festivities begin for the first program at 2:30 p.m. | Service is 3:30-5:00 p.m.
Doors open and lobby festivities begin for the second program at 6:00 p.m. | Service is 7:00-8:30 p.m. 

 We cannot wait to celebrate the Christmas season with our church family and community. This “Classic Christmas” event is a perfect time to get your family and friends together to worship and remember the reason for the season…our Savior, Jesus.

In addition to our Christmas service, an hour before the show our lobby will be filled with everything you would hope for at a Christmas party. Sweets and treats, savory bites, coffee and hot chocolate, family photo opps, live music, and more!! You don’t want to miss out on this part of the experience.

Click on the button below to reserve your tickets. You can print off your ticket confirmation or show the digital confirmation at the door when you arrive night of. If you are having trouble finding your confirmation receipt, you can stop by Will Call night of and we will check you in.


Ticket registration opens on Monday, November 17th at 9:00 a.m.

Tickets are required for entry. We have a limited capacity available. Please only reserve tickets you need so that others will have the opportunity to attend the show.

Below you will be able to select the time you would like to attend as well as select the number of tickets you would like. These are fixed, assigned seats  you can choose from.  

It is highly likely we will reach capacity, so be sure to get your tickets soon!

A note about ticket costs:

When you go to reserve your tickets this year, you’ll notice there’s a small ticket fee. After prayer and careful consideration, we felt this was the best way to continue offering the highest-quality experience for everyone while also ensuring that all reserved tickets are used. Your ticket includes entry to the program as well as all the food and festivities during the lobby party.

If cost is a factor in preventing you from attending, please call the church and let us know. We have a number of sponsored seats that we would love to offer you.

Please note that there is no childcare for this event. This is an event for the whole family. Children of all ages are welcome to attend the service.

In order to be able to present the best experience and have all our volunteers set for both services, the doors will be closed until your ticketed time. Since all seats are already reserved, there is no need to arrive before the doors open. At 2:30 and 6:00 p.m. doors will open and you will be able to enter at that point.

No. If your child does not need their own seat, they do not need a ticket.

Yes. All seats will be preselected this year. This will allow you to choose exactly where you want to sit for the program.

If you will no longer be attending the Christmas program and would like to cancel your ticket(s) so that they can be used for someone else. You can call our offices at 828-667-4313 by December 8th to receive a refund for your ticket.

The lobby experience starts one hour before the service begins. This event will feature live music, family photo opps, coffee, hot coco and cider, heavy hors d’oeuvres, yummy treats, and more!

Of course! However, please make sure to reserve tickets for everyone attending with you.

You simply need to bring a confirmation of your ticket reservation. This could be a printed copy or a screenshot on your phone. There are no physical tickets to pick up this year.
