We are excited to offer several different types of discipleship classes this fall. Parenting is a 4 week class that will begin Wednesday, October 25th. Walk alongside other in the same boat as you for four Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 p.m. each week. It's been several months since we began our multigenerational "Pray for Me Campaign." We have heard many encouraging stories from participant families and their prayer champions as well. In order to continue the powerful work that this campaign has had, we are hosting a meet and greet lunch on Sunday November 5th at 12:30 in the Family Life Center for all participating families and their prayer champion. Join Lake Hills Church as we come together to support families within the local schools. Every year when children go home for Christmas break, the meals that they count on getting during school hours have to come from somewhere else. For many families, finding the means to supply these extra meals for their children is a challenge, and they often go without. Lake Hills is partnering with the Ingles in our community to provide boxes of food that will help these families make it through the winter break. You are invited to participate in our Parents Night Out on Friday November 17th. Drop off your children for a pizza and movie night from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Lake Hills Family Life Center. We'll take care of your kiddos so that you can enjoy an evening out with your spouse or friends, or relax in a quiet house.
