What to Expect

We are so glad you are considering a visit to Lake Hills Church. We know that visiting a new church can be a little intimidating at times. As you plan your visit, we want to make your first experience as smooth and stress free as possible and give you everything you need to know before you arrive on campus.

Our church is one with a love for all generations. We strive to make sure everyone in every season of life feels welcome and that they have a place to belong – from birth to retirement.

The Sunday Experience

Parking Lot:

Boys Parking - Lake Hills Encounter Team

When you arrive on campus you will be met by smiling faces in the parking lot, helping you find a spot and guide you to the right place. Be sure to roll down your window and tell them this is your first time. We have special parking just for you!  

Lobby:

Lake Hills Coffee

Once you are in the lobby, please help yourself to a warm cup of coffee or pastry from our coffee bar. Drop your kids off with our fun and loving children’s team and rest assumed they will be safe, well taken care of, and of course, have a blast.

Don’t forget to stop by the welcome desk to tell us you’re here so we can meet you and give you a special gift.

Service:

Lake Hills Worship

Head into the Worship Center and find a seat anywhere you’d like. Our services usually last a little over an hour and have powerful, contemporary worship, and challenging and encouraging Biblical teaching from our lead pastor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Nope! Feel free to dress however you are comfortable when you come to Lake Hills. You can “dress up” or wear casual clothes. God is interested in your heart, not your wardrobe.

You won’t be singled out or made to feel awkward or uncomfortable. You are invited to let us know you are visiting however, so we can make sure you feel truly welcome.

We have a wonderful team of kids ministry volunteers who will take care of your children (birth-6th grade) while you are in service. They will meet other kids their age, have lots of fun, and learn about Jesus. If you have a middle or high school student, they have a LifeGroup that meets in our student center during the 9:30 service.

Our music is mostly contemporary Christian with a few traditional hymns sung from time to time. Our worship team is passionate and lively and tries to create a space for everyone to worship and draw near to God.
