Join Lake Hills Church as we come together to support families in our community this holiday season. Every year when children go home for Christmas break, the meals that they count on getting during school hours have to come from somewhere else. For many families, finding the means to supply these extra meals for their children is a challenge, and they often go without. We are working closely with social workers at Candler Middle School, Candler Intermediate, Pisgah Elementary, Hominy Valley Elementary, Candler Elementary, and Sand Hill Elementary to identify 100 families most in need this holiday season. Lake Hills Church is excited to announce our Community Christmas Store. This store is an opportunity for families in our community, especially those directly affected by the hurricane, to be able to provide their children with a Christmas gift this season no matter their financial situation. On Saturday, December 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., parents are invited to shop for amazing Christmas gifts for their kids at no cost to them. Parents must register ahead of time and select one of our one-hour time slots. On Sunday, December 29th we will only have ONE SERVICE. Join us for a sweet time of worship at 11:00 a.m. There will be no LifeGroups that morning. Children over 3 are invited to join their families for service.

Bible Buddies are making their way back to Lake Hills! Make sure your child plans on attending Kids Worship on Sunday, February 9th. Every kid at Kid's Worship (Kindergarten-6th Grade) will have the opportunity to adopt a little Bible Buddy to take home. They will spend the next 30 days reading the Bible to and praying with their new little friend. At the end of the 30 days, we will have a homecoming party and celebration with our Bible Buddies on Wednesday, March 12th. All children must attend Kid's Worship that day in order to participate. Join us on February 21st at 6:30 p.m. in the Lake Hills Lobby for a special evening with your little girl(s). All dad's and grandad's with girls 4 and up are invited to get dressed up and take your daughter on a date to Lake Hills. This evening will include dinner and dancing, and lots of sweet quality time showing your little girl how special and loved she is. We cannot wait! The cost of this event is $15 per family. A few times a year we give parents and guardians the opportunity to dedicate their children to the Lord and His Church. Whether your child is only a few months old or you have just never had the opportunity to participate in something like this, we want to invite you to take this step on Sunday, March 30th during the 11:00 a.m. service. Moms and sons of all ages are invited to be a part of Lake Hills Kid Min's Bake & Battle.
