West Virginia Mission Trip
This fall we are joining alongside our mission partner, Redemption Church for a short family mission trip to Beckley, West Virginia. This trip is geared towards families but open to all. The hope is that children and parents will be able to serve side by side and learn what it means to fulfill The Great Commission together! Noah and Cheyanne Toney are two of Lake Hills' mission partners. They have planted a church in Beckley West Virginia. Raising Emotionally Strong & Worry-Free Kids
This fall we will be offering a small group, 6-week parenting class called Raising Emotionally Strong & Worry-Free Kids. Join us as we jump into God’s Word and look at practical ways kids can name and navigate their emotions, understanding what worry and anxiety look like, offer practical strategies to fight worry and find hope. The class will start October 15 and run every Wednesday through November 19. We will meet at 6:30-8:00 each week. The cost is $5 per person or $10 per couple to cover cost of materials.
