Child Dedication Sunday
Lake Hills Church 370 Lake Drive, Candler, NC, United StatesA few times a year we give parents and guardians the opportunity to dedicate their children to the Lord and His Church. Whether your child is only a few months old or you have just never had the opportunity to participate in something like this, we want to invite you to take this step on Sunday, October 19th. You can choose between participating during the 9:30 or 11:00 a.m. service. You must sign up by October 12th. Register Now
PLACE
PLACE Ministry helps people discover how God has uniquely designed them. It is a Biblical-based assessment tool that helps identify one’s personality and spiritual gifts and helps them understand how and where to best invest the gifts God has given them. Place will be held from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 19th and 26th Lunch and childcare is provided. The Blessing Food Drive
Lake Hills Church 370 Lake Drive, Candler, NC, United StatesJoin Lake Hills Church as we come together to support families in our community this holiday season. Every year when children go home for Christmas break, the meals that they count on getting during school hours have to come from somewhere else. For many families, finding the means to supply these extra meals for their children is a challenge, and they often go without. We are working closely with social workers at Candler Middle School, Candler Intermediate, Pisgah Elementary, Hominy Valley Elementary, Candler Elementary, and Sand Hill Elementary to identify 100 families most in need this holiday season.
